As Managing Partner, he brings his energy and ambition to his position every day in developing and framing the strategic direction, generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, and designing strategies to success.

With more than 20 years of rich experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning and development solutions for companies across various sectors, over the last 2 decades has been instrumental to offering jobs to over 5000 people across his client companies spread across multiple sectors. He is a progressive-thinking man who loves to constantly develop & provide innovative training programs.
He has always helped organizations to find the right talent and train them to enhance organizational efficiency. From a career kick-start with Boston's Computer as IT Trainer to Karrox Technologies as Branch head in 2001, he honed his business management skills successfully when he co-founded MESHLINKS, recruitment, and training company, with Late Shri Ashok Mehta.

Being a teacher and a wife is a challenging but rewarding experience. Teachers are responsible for shaping the minds of the next generation and as a wife, responsible for supporting husbands and raising children. These two roles can be demanding, but they can also be incredibly fulfilling. She has created a vision of Training & Development at MESHLINKS. Supports Mr. Shah in all his businesses while successfully running her own Training Center for children.
